Join to apply for the Concierge (Full-time) role at Tradition Senior Living, LP.

Here at TSL, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and fostering a supportive work environment. We are seeking a Concierge Team Member at our Dallas - Lovers Lane community. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling services, and managing the front desk atmosphere. The schedule is from 7am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Greet prospects, residents, visitors, and assist with questions and concerns.
  • Communication: Relay resident status changes and concerns to staff; maintain logs and report emergencies.
  • Emergency Response: Handle resident emergency calls, contact emergency services, and notify families as directed.
  • Additional duties during evening and overnight shifts, including property walks and assisting with tasks as needed.

Required qualifications include:

  • At least one year of front desk management experience or equivalent education.
  • Positive demeanor, organizational skills, good judgment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
