You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as the trusted point of contact for daily needs while upholding privacy and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or concierge experience, strong communication skills, and a discreet, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality or concierge preferred.
• Experience with luxury residential services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
