Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Concierge Extraordinaire on a PRN, part-time basis with day and night shifts. The role focuses on hospitality, resident and guest support, and seamless front-desk operations in a senior living community.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, assist residents, and manage mail, reservations, and office tasks. A friendly, professional demeanor and multitasking ability are essential for this fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Be a human GPS – Help residents, guests, and vendors find their way around.
• Sort and deliver mail – Ensure letters reach the right recipients.
• Tackle office tasks – Type memos, update directories, and keep things running smoothly.
• Stay on top of reservations – Schedule events, book guest apartments, and manage the calendar.
• Keep things organized – Maintain records, directories, and birthday lists.
• Share the inside scoop – Provide brochures and info to curious visitors.
• Be ready for anything – Handle emergency calls and monitor security.
• Manage work orders – Route maintenance requests to the right teams.
• Keep the office stocked and running – Staples, printer, supplies management.

We’re looking for a customer service rockstar to work on a PRN (as-needed) basis for both day and night shifts. What You’ll Be Up To:

Note: This Concierge role has a flexible schedule and may include day, evening, or overnight shifts. We're looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and welcoming.
