Sollis Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide concierge emergency medical care in our Florida clinics under supervision of an attending physician or physician assistant. The role supports both adult and pediatric patients in cases treated in a traditional emergency setting.

These per diem shifts are 7a-3p and 3p-11p on weekdays and weekends, with two shifts per month. You will use Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current Florida RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required upon hire.
• Must have 2–3 years of emergency, medical/surgical, critical care or urgent care experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality medical care for patients in home or clinic settings under supervision of an attending physician or physician assistant.
• Assess and manage Covid-related cases with testing, symptom management, and recommendations.
• Perform procedures including IV access, phlebotomy, vaccines, rapid tests, IV meds, and ECGs.
• Document patient information in Athena Health and Salesforce; maintain inventory.
• Coordinate care with After Care, house calls teams, and medical partners.
• Work with clinical team to follow policies and deliver quality, patient-centered care.
• Explain information clearly and answer patient questions with empathy.
