Sollis Health is seeking a per diem physician to provide concierge emergency medical care at our Palm Beach clinics. You will evaluate patients, form differential diagnoses, and manage urgent cases in a team setting with PAs, nurses, and technicians.

The role requires an MD, FL medical license (or eligibility), ABEM board certification/eligibility, and a DEA license. Prior emergency department experience is preferred, with strong patient communication and adaptability as core traits.

Formación

• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
• Physician license to practice in Florida or eligible.
• ABEM board certified or board eligible.
• Minimum 2+ years as a physician in emergency departments; urgent care is a plus.
• DEA license is required.
• Concierge, EMS/prehospital experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform medical evaluations and form differential diagnoses for urgent and emergent care.
• Conduct procedures: IV access, phlebotomy, IV meds/fluids, EKGs.
• Lead clinical management with PAs, nurses, and techs.
• Assess and treat Covid-related cases with testing and symptom management.
• Document evaluations and treatments in Athena Health EHR.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to ensure policy adherence and quality care.
• Coordinate care with Virtual Care, house calls, or Medical Partners.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication to patients and families.
