Qualifications

• CMA/RMA certification or equivalent required.
• 2+ years clinical healthcare experience.
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred.
• Concierge or primary care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key concierge contact for assigned patients.
• Build trusted long-term relationships.
• Coordinate referrals, imaging, labs, and specialists.
• Pre-visit planning and post-visit follow-up; room patients.
• Document patient interactions in EHR and manage records.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve workflows.
