Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to help create a warm, welcoming breakfast experience for guests each morning. You will set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area while ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and friendly service.

Responsibilities include preparing simple items, greeting guests, and monitoring quality and temperatures. This role requires early starts (as early as 5 AM) and weekend availability in a hospitality environment.

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Requires early start times often as early as 5 AM, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required.
