Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to help create a welcoming morning dining experience. You will set up the breakfast area, stock supplies, and prepare simple items while upholding cleanliness and food safety standards.

You will greet guests, monitor temperatures, replenish items, and maintain a neat dining space. This role supports team needs and provides friendly service across Concord-managed properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
