Job summary

Windsor Hospitality in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Concierge Breakfast Attendant for part-time weekend shifts. The role combines the warmth of a dining room attendant with concierge know-how, ensuring the breakfast area is clean, stocked, and welcoming for guests each morning.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining service areas, and assisting with seating and safety. Weekend availability is required and the position offers benefits through a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow specific oral and written instructions and carry out tasks reliably throughout a shift.

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during service.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies as needed.
• Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and utensils quickly and carefully.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all common guest dining areas during breakfast service.

• Monitor seating availability, service flow, guest safety and well-being in the dining area.
• Complete opening and closing duties for the breakfast area.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the service bar, tables, and equipment.
• Carry dirty dishes and trays from the dining room to the kitchen.
• Replenish clean silverware, glassware, and utensils as needed.

The first impression of the day starts at breakfast — and you’re the one who makes it count. As our Concierge Breakfast Attendant, you’ll combine the warm attentiveness of a dining room attendant with the local knowledge of a concierge. You’ll keep the breakfast area clean and fully stocked, pour the coffee refills, clear the tables, and be the friendly face guests turn to when they want to know where to eat dinner or what to do with their afternoon. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all common guest dining areas throughout the breakfast service period.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

• Monitor seating availability, service flow, guest safety, and overall well‑being of guests in the dining area.
• Complete opening and closing duties for the breakfast area.

• Carry dirty dishes, glassware, and trays from the dining room to the kitchen.
• Replenish clean silverware, glassware, dishes, and utensils in the dining room as needed.

SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is part-time (Weekend Availability Required), with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, may be required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
