Join us as a Concierge - Breakfast Attendant at the Alloy-King of Prussia, a DoubleTree by Hilton

We are hiring a dedicated Concierge to enhance our guests' experience. If you love serving others, enjoy making people smile, and are knowledgeable about local attractions, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
2. Follow up on guest requests with unique needs to ensure satisfaction.
3. Provide guests with information about the property and local area amenities, including events and activities.
4. Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns professionally.
5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
6. Monitor the club lounge for safety, seating, and service quality.
7. Report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety trainings.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality, adhering to company policies.
9. Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
10. Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
