Overview

This part-time AM position involves interacting one-on-one with guests, taking orders, preparing beverages according to company standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing an issued cash bank during your shift and actively promoting the establishment through social media outreach and staff events. The role supports the company's goals, values, and mission as an active business partner.

Compensation: $16/hr - $17/hr

Responsibilities

1. Follow Food & Beverage service procedures as standardized by venue management.
2. Knowledgeably sell and serve both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the bar.
3. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.
4. Clean and maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring proper operation and compliance with health regulations.
5. Collaborate effectively with management and staff to address guest needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold Tips and Food Handlers cards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in boutique hotels preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move efficiently for up to 6 hours.
• Lift 15-40 lbs regularly.
• Perform tasks involving walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
• Operate office equipment with finger dexterity.
