The Role

The Box Office Concierge is responsible for answering all guest questions and incoming calls, processing ticket orders and walk-ups, maintaining daily reports, and opening and closing the box office as required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set-up, and maintain the box office area
• Answer all questions and provide detailed and accurate information
• Perform ticket sales for all entertainment, including assisting guests with modifications or cancellations
• Communicate information about the property’s facilities to guests
• Resolve guest complaints within authority and inform management of unresolved issues
• Provide excellent service at all times
• Balance cash and ticket transactions
• Assist with seating guests during show nights
• Perform other related duties as required
