Description
As a Concierge Associate, you are responsible for all front desk agent duties for a large residential community during peak business hours for our residents, identifying needs and addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
The How…
While prior guest service or customer service experience is helpful for your success, it’s unnecessary. We will show you how to serve our residents and vendors to the company’s high standards. You are active in the community, like to stay updated on events in the area, and are aware of local conveniences for the everyday items our residents might need.
Your focus is on the community’s residents. You ensure that the Leasing Office is open on time each day and that public spaces and amenities are ready for resident use. This includes providing lighting, music, television, and coffee that is accessible, pleasing, and available.
Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents and assisting them with their needs, including facilitating potential resident inquiries with the leasing team, answering and transferring calls into the office to the appropriate person, receiving company and resident deliveries and mail and reaching out to recipients to retrieve packages, managing resident and guest parking, and forwarding maintenance work orders promptly to the maintenance team.
The Details…
- You will work part-time, including weekend shifts, approximately 24 hours per week.
- You must be a resident of the community.
- Part-time and seasonal employees earn paid sick leave per state requirements.
We can’t be an industry leader without you. Apply Now!
*The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. **To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
