Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families and visitors professionally.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and provide timely follow-up.
• Coordinate special requests such as transportation or reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and services provided.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation and dietary teams to ensure seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to improve the resident experience and communicate them.
• Perform other duties to support the concierge services team.

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Concierge Associate to join our team. As a key member of our concierge services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a high-level of satisfaction with our services, while also promoting a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns, and provide timely follow-up
• Coordinate and facilitate special requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions and services provided
• Collaborate with internal teams, including nursing, rehabilitation, and dietary services, to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify and communicate suggestions for improvement to enhance the resident experience
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our concierge services team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years of experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
