As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus heavily on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

• Set schedule: Monday-Tuesday 11pm-7am & Saturday-Sunday 7pm-7am (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identities, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
