Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Naples, FL seeks a Concierge in the Front Desk Department to ensure VIP guests have a smooth arrival, an engaged stay, and ongoing connection with the brand.

You will assist with transportation, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations, working closely with the team in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Naples area is a plus, prior experience in a similar role is desirable.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Previous concierge or guest services experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Naples area is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, discreet environment for every guest.
• Answer phone calls and respond to chats and emails using our systems.
• Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities and arrival/departure times with VIP guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guests are well taken care of.

About the role:

The Concierge is an integral part of the Front Desk Department. The mainobjectiveof this role is to ensure our VIP guests have a smooth arrival experience, a highly connected and engaged stay, and an ongoing relationship with our brand and our team. The Concierge team is expected to goabove and beyondfor our guests byutilizingtheir resources and knowledge of the local Naples area. Our goal is to enhance guest experiences and make their stay as enjoyable as possible!

What you will do:

• Customer Service:Maintaininga welcoming, helpful, and discrete environment for every guest
• Technology: Answering phone calls while responding to chats and emails that come through our unique computer systems
• Communication: Connecting with our VIP guests to discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time, etc.
• Teamwork: Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail
• Passion for guest services and hospitality.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English isrequired.
• Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
