Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and create an atmosphere of hospitality in one of the world's leading investment firms. This role combines a polished demeanor with white-glove customer service to create memorable experiences for every visitor.

Responsibilities

Guest & VIP Services

• Greet and assist guests with inquiries, check-ins/outs, and personalized requests
• Provide tailored recommendations on local dining, attractions, and events
• Deliver VIP experiences by anticipating needs and coordinating special accommodations

Reservation & Experience Coordination

• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest records with accuracy
• Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, spa appointments, and special amenities
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth service

Operational & Safety Support

• Maintain guest safety and respond to incidents per protocol
• Stay current on events and participate in training to continuously enhance guest service

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation platforms
• Positive, team-first mindset with a professional and polished demeanor
