Job summary

Bellingham at West Chester is recruiting a polished, hospitality focused Concierge who can multitask in a fast paced and busy environment. This role meets and greets residents, guests, prospective residents and employees in a warm, professional manner each day.

Responsibilities include handling deliveries, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and supporting office staff to keep the concierge desk running smoothly with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Adaptability to other software systems for data entry.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.
• Willingness to provide ideas and outcomes for a smooth running Concierge Desk.
• High level customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing professional telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with projects/assignments.
