Job summary

Bellingham at West Chester is seeking a polished, hospitality-focused Concierge to greet residents, guests, and staff in a warm, professional manner daily. You will be the first face visitors see and help manage deliveries, inquiries, and routine office tasks in a busy senior living environment.

The position offers a full-time day shift with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Adaptability to other software systems for data entry.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.
• Willingness to provide ideas and outcomes for a smooth running Concierge Desk.
• High level customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing professional telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:
