Job summary

Lifespace Communities is hiring a friendly Concierge in Delray Beach, FL. Earn $15.00-$19.43+ per hour and join a team focused on delivering personal, purposeful experiences to residents and guests.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. As a Concierge, you will greet residents and guests, share local attractions, assist with vehicles, deliveries, and reservations, and coordinate transportation and dining room

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with courtesy and urgency.
• Be knowledgeable about local attractions and offer recommendations.
• Assist residents/visitors into and out of vehicles.
• Help with loading/unloading and delivering packages to residents.
• Coordinate deliveries and direct residents/visitors to destinations.
• Schedule appointments and inform transportation and dining teams.

Available Shift: Friday-Tuesday 3 pm-11 pm

A few details about the role:

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency.
• Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services.
• Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles; delivers packages, groceries to resident living areas.
• Assist in direction of deliveries for residents, and visitors to their destinations.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and informing transportation team of any appointments made.
• Responsible for scheduling dining room reservations.
