Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Concierge in Delray Beach, FL, to warmly greet residents and guests and coordinate assistance with transportation, dining, and local recommendations.

Join a purpose-driven team delivering personalized experiences in a community-focused setting, with an evening schedule Friday through Tuesday and a pay range of $15.00–$19.43 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency.
• Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services.
• Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles; delivers packages, groceries to resident living areas.
• Assist in direction of deliveries for residents, and visitors to their destinations.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and informing transportation team of any appointments made.
• Responsible for scheduling dining room reservations.
