Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa in the Finger Lakes region of New York seeks a friendly, reliable Concierge to join our team. The Concierge serves as the resort’s ambassador of hospitality, welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.

The role involves guiding guests on resort amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation, arranging reservations, and supporting VIP arrivals, all while upholding Hilton standards of five-star service.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge or front office experience in a luxury hotel or resort required.
• Strong local knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and anticipate their needs with a polished demeanor.
• Provide guidance on resort amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transport.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tours, and special requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area and exclusive experiences.
