Job summary

The Landings of Swansboro is seeking a friendly concierge professional to welcome residents and visitors, coordinate services, and support a compassionate senior living community.

You will perform front-desk duties, organize transportation, assist with events, and ensure exceptional customer service while fostering a welcoming, safe environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient with office equipment and software including MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and assist inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide concierge services such as arranging transportation, reservations, and errands.
• Serve as the central contact for residents and staff regarding events and announcements.
• Maintain a high level of customer service so residents feel valued and supported.
• Perform light administrative duties including logs, scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist in coordinating community events and activities to engage residents.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to residents' satisfaction.
• Support safety and security procedures by monitoring access and reporting concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resident & Visitor Services: Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly, providing assistance with inquiries, directions, and requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Concierge Support: Offer a variety of concierge services, including arranging transportation, coordinating reservations, and helping residents with special requests or errands.
• Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of contact for residents and staff, communicating important information about community events, activities, and announcements.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all residents feel valued, heard, and well-supported in their needs and requests.
