The Jasper of Sarasota is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented receptionist to support the community in Sarasota, FL. You will answer calls, greet guests, and help with mail and deliveries, helping ensure smooth daily operations.

In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors, coordinate mail services, and work as a dependable team member within a premier assisted living and memory care community.

• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
