Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for Asher Point of Hoover. You will greet residents and visitors, manage calls and mail, and support front-desk operations to present a professional image. The role emphasizes friendly, attentive service and security awareness in a multi-community environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED (preferred) and 6 months of related experience. Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills are required to serve residents,

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
