Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Concierge at Elison Independent Living of Statesman Club in Oklahoma City. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, managing the front desk, routing calls, and providing information in person and by phone/email.

The position supports a welcoming, secure environment in a part-time capacity. Expectations include excellent customer service, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.

What do you need to be a Concierge?
