Whitehall of Deerfield in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Part-Time Concierge for evenings with rotating weekends and holidays in an upscale healthcare setting. You will assist guests with needs to ensure a comfortable stay and collaborate with rehab and nursing teams to support patient satisfaction.

This Concierge position is ideal for those wanting to enter the healthcare field. We’ll provide the training. You must have strong verbal communications skills,great customer service skills and be able to multi-task and be flexible in an upscale, fast-paced environment.

The Concierge will work on rehab floor and work with varies departments to ensure patients satisfaction during their stay. Assisting in varies activities to take a proactive approach to meeting patients’ needs. Scan documents, make appointments, schedule transportation and varies customer service duties
