Job summary

Whitehall of Deerfield, a premier nursing and rehabilitation facility in Deerfield, IL, is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time PM and night shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor condition changes, and ensure a safe, respectful environment while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate or completion of an Illinois CNA training course.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but the facility will invest in the right candidate.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for residents.
• Deliver high standard of care and maintain detailed care notes.

As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atWhitehall of Deerfieldby performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State ofIllinoisCNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State ofIllinoisAccredited CNA training course. Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
