Job description

Ever wanted a Concierge job where $67,000 - $91,000 comes with autonomy instead of a longer leash? Read on; VMware is hiring in Covington, KY. The Covington role is less about the $67,000 - $91,000 and more about what 3 years of Communication lets you own at VMware.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet established deadlines while upholding VMware quality standards
• Earn the trust to make mission-driven judgment calls without a committee
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Goal Setting plan
• Keep a steady hand on VMware accounts when volume spikes
• Make peace with problem-solving ambiguity and ship anyway
• Catch the Process Improvement regression a tired reviewer would miss

What You'll Bring

• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
• Resilience measured across 5 years of general cycles
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information

From a Covington loft, VMware has built a boldly-pragmatic reputation for solving general problems others quietly gave up on. People here care as much about how we work together as what we ship.

You will grow fastest here, with $67,000 - $91,000, a mentor, benefits, and flexible Covington, KY hours clearing the runway in front of you.

This Concierge posting is fresh, active, and open for business right now.
