Westmont Living is seeking a compassionate Concierge for our front desk team at The Oaks at Paso Robles. The role focuses on greeting residents and visitors, handling calls, and supporting admin tasks in a warm, caring memory-care community.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–2 years of admin support, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct. We offer competitive pay with benefits after 30 days and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screen (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of practical administrative support.
• Ability to handle constant interruptions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, including ability to focus, follow-up and multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must exercise good judgment and make competent decisions.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and visitors at the front desk and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phones, route calls and take messages accurately.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and records.
• Support daily front desk operations to ensure smooth service.
