The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel seeks a Concierge who shares a passion for excellence and enthusiasm. This role offers the chance to shape employee and guest experiences by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our renowned hotels. The team reports to the Director of Rooms. Work authorization is required.

Responsibilities
The Concierge responds to a variety of guest requests by assessing needs, offering personal recommendations, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

• Handle all guest interactions professionally, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and promptly.
• Follow Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
• Maintain updated information on local activities, attractions, and vendors to assist guests effectively.
• Use software to input special arrangements and ensure proper billing.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have at least two years of related experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and fluency in English. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, are essential.
