Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Concierge to support guest comfort and satisfaction across our hospitality portfolio. You will greet guests, manage inquiries, and coordinate services to ensure memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have prior guest service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic hotel environment. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to guest care.

The Role:

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Concierge. In this key role, you will be playing a vital role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

What we will ask of you:

• Greeting guests/customers
• Manage guest/customer complaints
• Taking messages
• Managing mail, luggage and deliveries
• Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties
• Running errands to assist guests
• Making dinner/event reservations for guests
• Develop network of contacts, service providers and businesses within their communities to serve guests

Requirements for Success:

• One or more years of employment in similar position or equivalent preferred
• Additional education, training, or certification preferred
• Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with an excellent record of hotel management
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow leaders, managers, employees, and all guests
• Strong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations and providing solutions
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting
