Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure smooth phone and mail communications. The role supports a compassionate, resident-first environment at Lyndale Abilene Memory Care in Abilene, TX.

You will interact with residents, families, and team members with a focus on service and confidentiality. The position is full-time and requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred experience in customer service and multitasking.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area and ensure professional communication.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.

What does a Concierge at Sagora do?
