Job summary

The Concessions Coordinator at Albuquerque Academy supports the Athletic Department, Parent Association, and Auxiliary Programs by managing concession stands, coordinating volunteers, and overseeing inventory and purchasing. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Cash and credit card handling experience preferred.
• Food service operations or inventory management experience a plus.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory systems.
• Ability to use tablets or iPads.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Supervise student workers and volunteers.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteer sign-ups for fall, winter, and spring sports seasons.
• Accurately handle all cash transactions and record sales in POS system.
• Purchase inventory for concession venues, with occasional shopping and pick-up at Sam's Club and other wholesale stores.
• Receive delivery orders and manage inventory stock.
• Oversees prep of food items in concession stands.
• Submit work orders to ensure concession stands are maintained at the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure concessions are running according to schedule, including opening and closing.
• May be asked to assist with the operations of other campus stores.
