Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Supervisor at the Washington state location to lead event-based concessions operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee stands, kiosks, and portable sites, coordinating staffing and service flow during events.

The role requires 2–4 years in concessions or food service, supervisory experience, and alcohol-service certification. On-site leadership ensures safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence across venues.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in concessions, food service, or event-based operations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail stores.
• Assign staff to concession locations and adjust coverage based on volume.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings on expectations and service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies across sites.
