Paycom - ATS in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a part-time supervisor to oversee a team and ensure high-quality food and beverage service. This seasonal position may require evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.

You will monitor sanitation and inventory, direct stand staff, and ensure timely, professional service. Requires 3 years of food/beverage operation experience including 1 year in management, plus Serve-Safe and TABC licenses.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 3 year related experience and/or training; or combination.
• Must be able to pass a background check and receive licenses/permits as applicable to perform the essential functions
• Serve-Safe (Food Handlers) certification
• Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission License (TABC)

Responsible for the supervision of team members, and providing quality food and beverage service to each guest.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintains quality control of food and the sanitation of area.
• Adheres to manager instructions and appropriate cash handling guidelines as directed.
• Maintains appropriate food levels and inventory as required.

• Supervises stand staff to ensure all duties are performed timely, efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications: Education

• High school diploma or GED; or 3 year related experience and/or training; or combination.

Training

• Three years of food and beverage operation experience required, including one year of management experience

Licenses/Certifications/Other

• Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
• Serve-safe certified (Food Handlers)
• Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission License (TABC)
