Job summary

Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Barback for the seasonal shift. You will assist bartenders, stock the bar, and keep the area clean while providing friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down bar areas as required.
• Stocks bar with inventory and supplies (alcohol, glassware, fruits, mixers).
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar area.
• Fills drink orders for customers and wait staff in a timely manner.
• Assists bartenders and Food & Beverage manager as needed.
• Reports unsafe acts, conditions or equipment to management.
