Job summary

GLOBAL GAMING SOLUTIONS LLC in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a supervisor to lead a food and beverage team during the seasonal period. You will ensure quality service, sanitation, and inventory control while following cash handling policies and management directions.

General Definition

Responsible for the supervision of team members, and providing quality food and beverage service to each guest.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintains quality control of food and the sanitation of area.
• Adheres to manager instructions and appropriate cash handling guidelines as directed.
• Maintains appropriate food levels and inventory as required.
• Keeps an accurate account of product and inventory in accordance with inventory control procedures.
• Supervises stand staff to ensure all duties are performed timely, efficiently and professionally.
• Follows directions of the supervisor and cash handling policy guidelines as directed
• Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required.
• May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation

High school diploma or GED; or 3 year related experience and/or training; or combination.
