Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead for Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl in Lincoln, NE. This part-time role operates the concession stand, ensuring quality product and courteous service in line with our Guest Service Standards.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, input counts into POS, and help maintain food & beverage operations during events. Prior food service experience is preferred and strong guest service is essential.

Position: Concessions Stand Lead

Location: Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

FLSA Status: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt

The Concessions Stand Lead operates the concession stand in accordance with Legends Global policies and procedures and is responsible for providing a quality product to patrons in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner; utilizing our Guest Service Standards and Responsible Alcohol Service in all transactions.

Essential Functions

• Enforces Legends Global/Savor policies and procedures
• Ensures all inventory is counted before and after events
• Inputs all inventory counts in the POS
• Assigns associate duties
• Conducts pre-shift meetings
• Monitors production levels
• Must adhere to the ASM Global dress code
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Previous food service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with coworkers and guests and receive orders
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds

Environmental Working Conditions

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
