Job summary

ASM Global-SMG seeks a Concessions Stand Lead for Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl. The role supports the Food & Beverage department, enforces policies, and oversees inventory and staff during events. It requires strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced arena environment.

Previous food service experience is preferred. The position is part-time hourly and adheres to ASM Global dress code and standards.

Responsibilities

• Enforces ASM Global/Savor policies and procedures.
• Counts inventory before and after events and inputs counts in POS.
• Assigns associate duties and conducts pre-shift meetings.
• Monitors production levels and ensures dress code compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

FLSA Status: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Essential Functions

• Enforces Legends Global/Savor policies and procedures
• Ensures all inventory is counted before and after events
• Inputs all inventory counts in the POS
• Assigns associate duties
• Conducts pre-shift meetings
• Monitors production levels
• Must adhere to the ASM Global dress code
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Previous food service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with coworkers and guests and receive orders
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds

Environmental Working Conditions

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
