Job summary

Qualifications

• This position does not allow substituting education for experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as branch and/or division receptionist; processes incoming and outgoing email; manages calendars and makes arrangements for staff meetings and events.
• Serves as principal contact for general concessions information in the concessions office, providing information such as reporting formats and deadlines.
• Disseminates relevant policy and procedural information to commercial service providers and park personnel as directed by the supervisor or other senior employee.
• Assists others or conducts evaluations to ensure compliance with contracts and Commercial Use Authorizations (CUA). Issues CUAs; Drafts documents and manages spreadsheets; utilizes Microsoft software and other computer programs to complete tasks described above.
