Legends Hospitality in West Palm Beach is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations. You will lead event-day staff, ensure high standards, and partner with the team to deliver smooth guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is 18+, detail-oriented, highly organized, fluent in English, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must meet state health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all venue events, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must work fluently in English and in an open-air environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and reconcile.
