Qualifications

• 2-3 years of food service experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a food service management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Excellent customer service using Aramark's service model.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments for a unified food service experience.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; standing and walking for extended periods.
• Availability for flexible event-based schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reward and recognize employees; lead daily team briefings.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Maintain and deliver P&L statements and financial targets.

• Train and supervise the team to ensure production quality and control.
