Culinaire, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead the overall concessions operations, drive revenue, manage staff, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction at diverse venues.

The role focuses on financial success, inventory control, menu development, and compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a professional work environment and high service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
• Interacts professionally with multiple departments.
• Communicates effectively both written and verbal.
• Management Food Safety Certified or ServSafe and Alcohol Certified.
• Lifts, pushes, pulls and organizes up to 50 pounds.
• Works a flexible schedule for any day or time.
• Stands and walks for long periods of time.
• Multi-tasked oriented and organized.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the overall financial success of all concessions.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with client and staff.
• Ensures strict cash handling procedures and reconciliation of daily receipts.
• Publishes nightly sales reports.
• Manages opening and closing duties.
• Maintains positive, safe, professional environment.
• Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Enforces policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
• Recruitment, hiring, motivation, training and discipline of associates.
• Manages inventory and stock levels, and initiates product improvements.
• Recommends and implements menu selection and pricing.
• Develops new concepts to increase revenue and concession sales.
• Oversees daily cleaning of all concession locations and equipment.
• Maintains concessions equipment and health and safety compliance.
• Ensures alcohol compliance and training.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Produces monthly forecast of performance to budget and plan.
• Manages daily receipts and money transport.
