Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in food service.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPs certifications.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel and POS systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of all concession locations within the unit.
• Coordinate team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Hire and train new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices.
• Manage cash handling and financial reporting, resolve discrepancies, and support inventory control.
