Job summary

Moody Gardens in Galveston, TX is seeking an Entry Level Aquarium Food Court Lead to assist the supervisor in overseeing daily food court operations. This role emphasizes training staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintaining smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff to keep the department properly staffed at all times.
• Attend daily meetings with Executive Chef/Outlet Manager and review operation and past performance for improvements.
• Conduct regular training and ensure staff participate in cross training.
• Oversee beverage stock, condiments and equipment handling and return to storage properly.
• Ensure hygiene and uniform standards are followed per F&B department standards.
• Manage all transactions and accounting procedures.
