Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee food service operations for Arizona State University Athletics in Tempe, AZ. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating inventory, and ensuring food safety and sanitation during events.

Responsibilities include training team members, setting up service stations, serving guests, and maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in food service and a commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a food service setting.
• Experience in a high-volume concession operation is preferred.
• A valid Food Handler Certificate and Alcohol Server Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a food service team; supervises tasks.
• Trains staff on duties, food safety, sanitation and guest service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to recipes and directions.
• Stores food following safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up work stations, prep tables, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
• Breaks down and sanitizes work stations after service.
• Washes and serves food to customers; ensures guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock at appropriate levels.
• Maintains excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and protects company assets.
