Job summary

City of Billings ARC is seeking an organized, energetic leader to oversee daily concession operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during tournaments and events. The role offers flexible evening and weekend hours with opportunities in fast-paced food service and retail environments.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience, strong math and communication skills, and a willingness to obtain ServSafe or a food handler’s card.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, food service, or customer service is required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Advanced math skills for counting change, balancing tills, and auditing shift reports.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage a team and interact with guests.
• Ability to thrive under pressure during high-volume tournament rush periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support concession staff and cashiers during shifts.
• Oversee opening and closing cash drawer counts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate restocking efforts.
• Ensure food preparation meets high quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized concession area in compliance with health regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
