Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Cook to join our team in Sandusky, OH. You will prepare a variety of foods, including meats, seafood, vegetables, breads and sauces, following the Daily Prep List and standard recipes, in a fast-paced concessions kitchen.

Starting rate is $15.00 per hour plus tips; we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within a family-owned company that Lead with Love. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items per daily prep list.
• Cook using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow standard recipe cards; maintain stock levels.
• Support Concessions Manager in operations.
