Job Summary

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and mobile payments
• Count and balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to portion and quality standards
• Restock supplies, cups, condiments, and packaging as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, and dining/service areas throughout the shift

• Concession stand/food service area; may include exposure to heat from cooking equipment
• Fast-paced, especially during peak event times
